Refund and Returns Policy

At Law Heaven , we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully for details on how to proceed.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items purchased on clearance or sale.
Custom-made, personalized, or modified items (e.g., items with printed logos or names).
Undergarments or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Provide your order details, including the order number, item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.
Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refunds

Returns and exchanges policy

Statues and water bottles are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Gift vouchers/cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will accept books for replacement with a new one, if the pages are missed or if the inside pages are discoloured.
( Books only accept in return, not later than 3 days from the purchase date)

Items purchased online at Lawheavan.lk cannot be returned or refund after 7 days from the purchase date.

Please allow 3 to 10 working days for processing it returned via courierd.

No monetary refund will be given for any reasons.(only offered exchanges)

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

Incorrect size or color.
Damaged or defective items.

To request an exchange, please follow the Return Process above and specify that you wish to exchange the item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us immediately at lawheaven@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item showing the damage or defect.
We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame:

Check your bank account or payment method for any pending transactions.
Contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary.
If you’ve done the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at lawheaven@gmail.com.

8. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at lawheaven@gmail.com or (+94) 77 043 9343. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you must follow the return process.
